Marib governor on Monday underlined the need for wider youth and sports activities in the northern governorate in order to contain the youths, raise their awareness about the importance of preserving the Yemeni identity and immunize them against wrong cultures. At the kickoff of a workshop for sports workers, Governor Ali Toaiman said such "courses are key in enhancing the youth's capacities and skills, and improving their knowledge that should be reflected on reality." The workshop includes an intense training on how to manage, monitor and evaluate activities and programs, director of the Marib's youth and sports office, Quid Nemran, said. Source: Yemen News Agency
