Doha: The Ministry of Labour, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public health and the Seashore Group, conducted an awareness workshop for the group's workers to introduce them to the Ministry's e-services, and offer guidance on preventing injuries and heat stress at work as well as well raising their awareness on occupational safety and health. During the workshop, representatives from the Ministry of Labour's Departments reviewed the recently updated e-services under the Ministry's digital transformation plan. They also addressed workers' enquiries about the labour sector. The workshop featured presentations to raise workers' awareness on the importance of occupational safety and health with a focus on mental health, in addition to training them on proper first aid techniques to prevent work injuries and heat stress. The workshop is one of many awareness seminars conducted by the Ministry of Labour as part of the "Towards a Safe Work Environment" campaign. It is aimed to raise awareness among workers on e-services and the importance of following occupational safety and health precautions.
