The Palestinian El-Wafa Charity declared on Wednesday that it had distributed food and medical supplies and clothes to Palestnian families who were affected with the fire that gutted Shuhadaa Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir Al-Balah. The supplies were handed over to the needy, in coordination with Kuwait's Namaa Charity (of the Kuwaiti Social Reform Society). Mheisen Atawneh, El-Wafa director, told KUNA that teams distributed the supplies to dozens of the war-stricken families, noting that Namaa has been carrying out humanitarian initiatives in Gaza since more than a year ago. He noted that the Palestinian association has intensified coordination with Namaa due to suffering of thousands of displaced Gazans in need for food, water and health care. Source: Kuwait News Agency
