Al-Hakim: The State Of Internal Stability Enabled Iraq To Regain Its Arab, Regional And International Role And Weight

The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, confirmed that the state of internal stability enabled Iraq to regain its Arab, regional and international role and weight.

The media office of the National Wisdom Movement stated: “Today, Al-Hakim met with a parliamentary delegation from the Kuwaiti National Assembly headed by MP Fahd Falah bin Jamea. During the meeting, views were exchanged on relations between Iraq and brotherly Kuwait, ways to strengthen them, and developments in the situation in the region.”

Al-Hakim praised the two brotherly peoples’ adherence to authentic Arab customs and traditions and the social ties between them, explaining the nature of the political scene in Iraq.

Al-Hakim stressed that Iraq is experiencing an unprecedented state of security, social and political stability, in recognition of the sacrifices made by the Iraqis and the maturity of the Iraqi experience after two decades of change.

Al-Hakim explained that the state of internal stability enabled Iraq to regain its Arab, regional and international role and weight, and that the 25th Gulf Championship in Basra had a clear impact in presenting a clear picture of the reality of Iraq to its Arab brothers.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Al-Hakim expressed his wishes to the government and people of Kuwait for further prosperity and progress.
