The Public Prosecution on Wednesday ordered the detention of a resident on charges of joining an outlawed group and plotting a hostile act against a foreign state. The expatriate is also accused of training on making and using explosives for illegal purposes, infringing upon "the Emirate Status," partaking in connections with the outlawed group on social media, and disseminating information and records that promote its thoughts. Moreover, he is charged with communicating with followers of the banned group for conscription of fighters from abroad, teaching on the manufacturing of various types of explosives and training on arms in shooting ranges.
