The price of Kuwaiti oil went up 86 cents to USD 83.47 pb on Friday, compared to USD 82.61 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Saturday. On a global scale, the price of the Brent crude futures' contracts went down USD 1.24 to USD 81.13 pb, as did the West Texas Intermediate crude, down USD 1.12 to settle at 77.16 pb.
