KUWAIT, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent a condolence cable to President of Niger and Chairman of the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland Abdourahamane Tchiani, over the victims of heavy rains. In the cable, His Highness the Amir prayed to Almighty Allah to bestow mercy upon the dead and wished speedy recovery for the injured, hoping for the friendly country to overcome the impacts of such a natural disaster.
