Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II has sent a cable to Kuwait Emir Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, expressing congratulations on appointing Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah as crown prince of Kuwait.
