Sana'a - Saba: Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah, the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, conducted on Sunday an inspection of several courts in the capital Sana'a. Accompanied by Judge Ahmed al-Jarafi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for the Courts and Documentation Sector, Judge Mujahid evaluated the workflow and operational discipline within the Public Funds Court, Tax and Customs Courts, Branch Court, and Primary Commercial Court. During his visit, the Minister emphasized the ministry's commitment to automating operations in the Money Court to align with current advancements in technology. He highlighted the Public Funds Court as a model for effective performance and stressed the importance of providing necessary equipment for electronic operations. Judge Mujahid also reviewed the workflow of the criminal registry and court archives and assessed the technical equipment at the court's information center. He listened to Judge Susan al-Houthi, the head of the Money Court, who detailed the workflow challen ges, particularly those related to judicial system issues and data entry and archiving processes. Additionally, he gathered information from representatives of the Tax and Customs Courts regarding their challenges and potential solutions. The Minister also inspected the division and primary commercial court, meeting with Judges Abdul Aziz Najm al-Din and Khaled al-Athuri to discuss their difficulties and how to resolve them. Judge Mujahid reiterated the ministry's priority of addressing the needs of the courts to enhance their performance and facilitate the transition to complete automation of judicial tasks. He also engaged with judicial police officers, expressing the ministry's commitment to supporting them in fulfilling their responsibilities effectively. He stated, "We expect you to put forth greater effort in your duties, and we will continue to support the judicial police to ensure your effectiveness and positive impact in upholding justice."
