The Head of the Integrity Commission, Judge Haider Hanoun, announced that the Commission will circulate the red notice against the accused Nour Zuhair at Interpol if the guarantors are unable to bring him. Judge Hanoun said in a press statement: We will proceed with the procedures for seizing the funds of the accused Nour Zuhair inside and outside Iraq. He confirmed that the arrest warrant issued against Haitham Al-Jubouri was for the crime of money inflation and illicit gain, noting that the inflation of Haitham Al-Jubouri's funds amounted to 18 and a half billion Iraqi DInars, of which he paid only 11 billion and failed to pay the rest.
