Jordanian expatriates' remittances recorded "an improvement" in their performance during the first 8 months of the current year, increasing by 3.5%, preliminary data issued by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) showed. According to the CBJ's figures, the total remittances of Jordanian expatriates reached $2.343 billion by the end of last August, compared to $2.264 billion during the same period in 2023.
