Ministry spokesperson Sufian Qudah emphasized Jordan's firm condemnation and absolute rejection of the attack, calling it a serious violation of international law and an infringement on the sanctity of diplomatic premises, which are protected under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
