HEBRON: Israeli occupation forces Tuesday severely beat a Palestinian young man in the city of Hebron as they were setting up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Idhna, west of the city. Local sources said that the occupation forces beat Amjad Khaled after stopping him in Qab al-Janb area in the city of Hebron, leaving him with bruises and wounds. The Red Crescent crews transferred him to a hospital to receive treatment. The occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Idhna, along the bypass road, causing a suffocating crisis and disrupting traffic. The occupation has closed the entrance to the town of Idhna since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has increased the suffering of civilians as they move in or out of the said town.
