Gaza: Colonists continued bulldozing land in the Al-Hadidiya area of the northern Jordan Valley on Monday.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, local sources reported that colonists' bulldozers have been razing land owned by Palestinian citizens in the Al-Hadidiya area of the northern Jordan Valley for the past five days. There are growing concerns about the possible establishment of a new settlement outpost in the region.
Three weeks ago, Israeli occupation forces issued notices for the confiscation of land in Al-Hadidiya for military purposes. The exact size of the land slated for confiscation remains unknown, adding to the uncertainty and tension in the area.
Al-Hadidiya, along with nearby areas Samra and Makhoul, has been experiencing daily incursions by armed colonists. These activities include the fencing off of thousands of dunams of agricultural and grazing land, further exacerbating the situation for local residents.
