Barta'a: Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian citizen and his son from the town of Barta'a, west of Jenin, on Monday evening. The incident has drawn significant attention and concern from local residents and authorities. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Barta'a Mayor Ghassan Qabha reported that the occupation forces stormed the town, targeting the home of local resident Adeeb Mohammed Qabha. During the raid, the forces allegedly assaulted the family and caused extensive damage to the property. The mayor further stated that Adeeb Qabha and his 13-year-old son, Firas, were arrested during the operation. The arrest and the manner in which it was conducted have sparked outrage and condemnation from the community and human rights groups who are calling for their immediate release.
