Israeli occupation forces attacked an olive farmer today in the village of Tell, located southwest of Nablus, while heading to his own land to harvest olives, according to local sources. Nu'man Ramadan, the head of the Tell village council, reported that Ismail Ramadan, a local resident, was assaulted by Israeli soldiers while on his way to harvest olives in the western part of the village. The forces not only physically attacked him but also prevented him from working on his land. Over the last two weeks, Palestinians have been reporting an increase in assaults by Israeli occupation forces and settlers during this crucial period for olive farmers.
