GAZA: Health authorities in the Gaza Strip warned today that the deliberate attacks by Israeli occupation forces on hospitals across the war-torn enclave are aimed at rendering these hospitals inoperative. The authorities warned that the sole generator supplying electricity to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, has ceased operation due to fuel depletion, posing a significant health disaster risk for approximately 1.5 displaced people in the region rely on it. Warnings have also been issued regarding the Kuwaiti Hospital in Rafah, which is on the verge of ceasing operations due to daily targeting by the Israeli occupation forces. The health authorities emphasized that hospitals are operating beyond their capacities to cope with the influx of casualties due to the ongoing Israeli aggression, which has been going on for 231 days. Since this morning, Israeli occupation forces have been advancing towards Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, besieging medical staff and patients.
