Amman: The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health for Primary Health Care and Epidemics, Raed Shboul, Wednesday briefed a medical delegation from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq on Jordan's experience in medical tourism. Shboul discussed the tasks of the Health Ministry, its supervisory and monitoring role and the level of medical and hospital services for Arab and foreign patients who come to Jordan for treatment. He explained the ministry's procedures through the Medical Tourism Directorate and the Health Attache in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq to ensure that patients receive quality services in Jordanian hospitals.
