The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have detained at least 15 Palestinians in the West Bank in the last 24 hours, including a journalist and freed captives. In a joint statement, Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner's Society (PPS) said that the detentions occurred across the governorates of Al-Khalil, Bethlehem, Tulkarm, and Tubas. According to the statement, the Israeli occupation military continues to conduct extensive raids and acts of violence, accompanied by threats against detainees and their families, as well as destruction of property in the homes of civilians. The IOF has arrested more than 11,000 Palestinian civilians across the governorates of the West Bank (including Al-Quds), since the beginning of the Israeli occupation's ongoing genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Gaza Strip. The IOF continues to implement systematic arrests, as one of its most prominent established policies, which escalated in an unprecedented manner after October 2023 , not only in terms of the number of detainees, but also in terms of the level of crimes committed.
