American media reports said, 'The talks with Iran in Oman were the second in a row since January of this year, and the US National Security Council coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa, Brett McGurk, and the US deputy special envoy to Iran, Abram Pally, participated.' According to reports, American officials arrived in Muscat last Tuesday and met with Omani mediators to 'discuss the potential consequences of the actions of Iran and its agents in the region,' and to discuss the file of the Iranian nuclear program.
