Human Rights holds international symposium entitled ‘Aggression against Palestine and Yemen are crimes against humanity’


Human Rights Ministry held an international symposium via the Telegram platform entitled ‘The aggression against Yemen and Palestine are crimes against humanity.’

The symposium, in partnership with the International Federation for the Defense of Arab Human and Child Rights, the International Campaign to Prosecute Aggression , Demand Compensation, the Arab Observatory for Human , Citizenship Rights, Union of Arab Journalists, Media Professionals, and Intellectuals, discussed topics on the American-European Zionist aggression against Palestine , Yemen, and the crimes of genocide in Gaza.

At the opening of the symposium, the Caretaker Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami, praised the interaction of the symposium participants , their interest in Arab and humanitarian issues, most notably the issue of the Palestinian Arab people.

He stated that the Yemeni people, their revolutionary leadership, and the Supreme Political Council gave priority to supporting the Palestinians and supporting them in restoring al
l their rights, even though Yemen is still suffering under the effects and consequences of a barbaric aggression that caused the largest humanitarian disaster in nine years.

Al-Dailami pointed to the unity of the issue in Palestine and Yemen, reviewing the efforts of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council in supporting the Palestinians, as well as the efforts of the government, represented by the Ministry of Human Rights, in reviving the human rights file, knocking on the doors of achieving and achieving justice in the face of the ongoing crimes and violations to which the Palestinians are exposed.

He stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Human Rights in Sana’a to build bridges of communication with various organizations and human rights activists in the Arab world , the world to study , discuss ideas and proposals, to mobilize and integrate efforts that would effectively contribute to the advocacy of human rights through international , local bodies and work to find a pressing gl
obal human rights , popular path on international resolutions and international courts.

While the official spokesman for the Ministry of Human Rights, Sanad Al-Sayyadi, reviewed the outcome of nine years of aggression against Yemen, which the monitoring , documentation teams of the Ministry and the rest of the government agencies were able to reach, stressing that the direct and indirect effects of the aggression and siege are much greater than what is announced.

A number of federations participating in the symposium announced their joining of the international campaign to prosecute the aggression , demand compensation, confirmed their commitment and adoption of submitting files to international courts, including international criminal courts and courts with jurisdiction.

The participants praised the advanced Yemeni position in supporting the Palestinian people , their humanitarian, national and religious bias, even though they are still suffering from the consequences of the American-Saudi-Emirati aggress
ion.

They expressed their condemnation and denunciation of the continuation of the crimes of genocide and the war of starvation and displacement to which the Palestinian people have been subjected for six months in light of international, Arab and international silence, complicity and betrayal, pointing out that the crimes being committed amount to grave war crimes criminalized according to the texts of international laws and treaties.

They called for increasing pressure on the Zionist entity and the international community to prosecute war criminals before international , local courts, to stand up to Zionist crimes , the need to increase popular pressure to stop the aggression against Yemen and Palestine and pay compensation.

The participants reiterated the importance of the international campaign to prosecute the aggression and demand compensation, thanking the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the Supreme Political Council.

The symposium was enriched with the participati
on of international lawyers and activists from many countries, including Yemen, Syria, Libya, the Emirates, Egypt, Sudan, Palestine, Mauritania, Jordan, Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Iraq, and Somalia, with extensive discussion and unified visions about the necessity of prosecuting the aggression against Yemen and Palestine.
