The head of the Water Authority, Mazen Ghoneim, announced that 23 thousand liters of fuel had been brought into the Gaza Strip from yesterday evening until today, through which 20 water wells were operated. He explained that the operated wells were distributed among: 5 wells east of Gaza City, 2 water wells in the city of Beit Hanoun, 4 wells in the Beit Lahia area, in addition to 9 wells in the Jabalia area, 3 of which are in the Jabalia camp. Ghoneim confirmed in a statement issued today, Friday, that the Water Authority, in addition to its attempt to provide drinking water under dangerous conditions, is seeking to reduce the risks of sewage flow, as it allocated part of the fuel quantities to operate 3 sewage plants in Birkat Abu Rashid, Sheikh Radwan and Al-Baqqara in Gaza City Source: Maan News Agency
