Yemen's geniuses won the title of Champion of Champions and the first five places at the Arab level in the International Mental Arithmetic Championship, which was held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
The British Academic Championship was organized by the UNMAS program with the participation of nine Arab countries: Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Algeria, Lebanon, Morocco, Libya, Jordan, and Egypt.
Our country participated in the competition with 30 young male and female contestants between the ages of 7-14 years, representing Yemeni geniuses from the Yemeni International Academy of Mental Arithmetic (Mental Genius Program).
Where the Champion of Champions status at the level of the participating countries went to the Yemeni genius Ala'a Muhammad Farhan, while 25 other participants won positions from first to fifth.
It is worth noting that Yemen's geniuses in mental arithmetic won six international positions in the first global online championship that was held last February, with the participation of 13 Arab and foreign countries.
