Gaza - Ma'an - Civil Defense spokesman in the Gaza Strip, Major Mahmoud Basal, said that there are 2,000 missing citizens following the occupation's withdrawal from several areas in the Strip. Basal pointed out that more than 150 martyrs and about 500 missing persons were recovered in the Khan Yunis massacre after the occupation's withdrawal. He stated that the Israeli occupation uses enforced disappearance against the people of Gaza in a systematic and deliberate manner, indicating that it bulldozes dozens of bodies and buries them before withdrawing from any area in the Gaza Strip. He said that the Israeli army gives security to the Palestinians and then kills them directly minutes later. He stressed that the largest number of victims of mass graves and hospital raids are women and children. Basal pointed out that what is happening in the Gaza Strip is ethnic cleansing carried out by the Israeli occupation forces against the people of Gaza, noting that many of the martyrs were stripped naked before the Israeli occupation killed them. He explained that many of the bodies of the martyrs were registered under an unknown heading, and some of them came from the northern Gaza Strip, explaining: What happened in Gaza has never happened in the history of humanity, and the weapons used have never been used before. He pointed out that there were bodies that evaporated and turned into ash, and international institutions must know the quality of the weapons. Source: Maan News Agency
