Members of the business owners group on the Board of Directors of the Arab Labor Organization called for Palestine to be included as a permanent member in the International Labor Organization. During the business owners' group meeting on the sidelines of the 50th session of the Arab Labor Conference held in the capital, Baghdad, members from all Arab countries discussed the annual report of the International Labor Organization and expressed some comments regarding the issue of Palestine, while stressing the need for there to be a clear position for the International Labor Organization against the brutal massacres taking place in Palestine, demanding that they stop and a ceasefire there. The members of the delegations called for the necessity of putting forward the name of Palestine as a permanent member of the International Labor Organization, since there is a dying labor market and more than 550,000 unemployed.
