A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): 'A Rapid Response force, in coordination with the Integrity Commission / Diyala Investigation Office, arrested four defendants, including an employee in the Accounts Department in Diyala Governorate, on charges of financial and administrative corruption.' He added: 'The defendants were found in their possession of checks containing large sums of money, metal clips, boxes containing local and foreign sums of money, salary documents, expense records, and a quantity of gold jewelry.'
