The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf sent on Tuesday, a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Ghana, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, on the occasion of her country's National Day. On 6 March 1957, the Gold Coast (now known as Ghana) gained independence from Britain.
