Federal Police forces arrested a person accused of drug trade and promotion in Baghdad. The Federal Police Command stated in a statement: 'The accused was arrested in Al-Hurriya area in Baghdad, and a quantity of crystal and narcotic pills were seized in his possession, in addition to a pistol and a sum of money amounting to seven million five hundred and fifty thousand Iraqi dinars, and three thousand US dollars. He was refered, along with the seized materials, to the competent authorities. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
