The European Stoxx 600 index closed at an increase of 0.93 percent, with almost all sectors ending in the green zone. The French CAC 40 index also achieved an increase of 0.86 percent, the British FTSE 100 index rose by 0.66 percent at the close, and the German DAX 30 index rose by 0.99 percent.
