Amman: The Electricity Distribution Company on Thursday announced the rollout of the Intalio electronic correspondence system, marking a significant step in its comprehensive digital transformation strategy. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and shift to a fully digital work environment. Reem Hamdan, General Manager of the company, stated that the implementation of the Intalio system aligns with the company's vision for a complete digital overhaul of its operations. The new system is designed to eliminate paper use in official transactions, improve service delivery, and meet international standards for digital operations. Hamdan emphasized that the successful implementation of Intalio at the company's headquarters in Amman has bolstered confidence in extending the system's use across all service areas. The initial phase of the project has already been launched in Tafilah Governorate, serving as a critical test to assess the system's effectiveness and capacity to meet the company's need s.
