Dr. Bin Habtoor receives evaluation report from Al-Junaid on achievement level of 1444 AH plan

The caretaker Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, discussed today ,Saturday, with his deputies for services and development affairs, Dr. Hussein Maqbouli, and the National Vision, Mahmoud Al-Junaid, the progress of the two sectors' performance and the level of implementation of their plans. During the meeting, which was attended by the Minister of Local Administration, Ali Al-Qaisi, and the Director of the Prime Minister's Office, Taha Al-Sufyani, Dr. Bin Habtoor received a copy from his Deputy for National Vision Affairs, Head of the Executive Office for Vision Management, regarding the report on achievement level of the general plan of the state until the end of the year 1444 AH, at the level of all institutions the state and its various sectors, including the services sector, development and social solidarity. The report indicated that 65.6 percent of the total projects included in the plan, which numbered 2,700 projects, had been completed. It indicated that the highest completion rate was in the oversight and anti-corruption sector, at 91.9 percent, followed by the services, development, and social solidarity sector, at 82.1 percent. The report included the interventions carried out by the office to accelerate implementation at all levels , provide technical and administrative support to the executive units in the regions. It reviewed the most prominent general conclusions that negatively affected the implementation process that the executive office reached through follow-up, monitoring and evaluation, the most prominent of which is limited funding and the lack of commitment of some Entities and provinces with approved models for executive planning and follow-up. The report also reviewed the most important requirements for enhancing implementation of the 1445 AH plan, and proposals for improving the planning process in the annual plan, including ensuring the integration and coherence of planning processes (annual, interim, vision), and the importance of reviewing the chronic tasks and proce dural steps in the amended executive mechanism and their suitability to development and improvement directions, as well as reviewing the performance of executive units. In the entities to ensure the development of the performance of its members, in addition to enhancing integration, coordination and partnership between the work system in the national vision. Dr. Bin Habtoor stressed the need for all parties to adhere to the recommendations issued by the Executive Office and to continuously work to develop their technical capabilities. He praised the overall level of achievement of the projects included in the 1445 AH plan, given the challenges of this stage and the current economic circumstance. He praised the follow-up, evaluation and improvement efforts made by the Executive Office regarding the last Hijri year and its efforts to avoid shortcomings in implementing the current year's plan.
