Caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor sent a cable of condolences on the death of Unionist fighter Major General Khaled Barras, Advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council - Head of the Southern Movement component participating in the National Dialogue Conference, after a national struggle full of giving and sincerity in the service of the country. In the cable he sent to the sons of the deceased Walid and Nawfel, the rest of the family and the Baras tribe, Dr. Bin Habtoor praised the virtues of the deceased, his national positions and his militant roles, which culminated in aligning with his homeland and people in the face of the US-Saudi-UAE aggression. He noted the record of struggle of the deceased Baras as one of the symbols of the glorious October 14 revolution and participants in the path of revolutionary liberation action against the British occupier, pointing to the contribution of the deceased known in the path of achieving and defending Yemeni unity and his const ant quest for victory for its human values and national goals.
