IBB - SABA: The Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled, in conjunction with the National Union of Yemeni Disabled Associations, as well as various associations, centers, and schools for people with disabilities in Ibb Governorate, held a speech event to commemorate the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. During the event, Dr. Ashraf Al-Mutawakel, the Undersecretary of the Governorate, highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday.
