The inspection and control team of the Production and Marketing Services Sector of the Ministry of Fisheries destroyed today,Wednesday, a quantity of fish unfit for human consumption in Al-Balili Market in Amanat Al-Asimah. During the destruction process, the Ministry's Marketing Director, Rajeh Tabqa, explained that nearly half a ton of fish was seized, and destroyed because it was not fit for consumption. He stressed the need to adhere to health requirements , general and private standards to ensure the preservation of the quality of fish products and the health of consumers, stressing that the Ministry will take action against violators.
