Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Abdul Wahid Abu Ras discussed with head of ICRC mission in Sana'a Jorg Montagne aspects of bilateral cooperation between Yemen and the mission. In the meeting, the Deputy Foreign Minister expressed our country's appreciation for the humanitarian efforts made by the ICRC mission, including the file of prisoners and detainees. He stressed the importance of continuing the mission's efforts and enhancing trust and joint cooperation within the framework of the rules governing the work of organizations, pointing out the importance of helping in the great damage caused by the flood disaster to citizens, and the resulting sweeping of a number of mines that cause civilian casualties on an almost daily basis. The Deputy Foreign Minister reiterated his confirmation that the ministry will spare no effort in providing facilities to organizations in order to make humanitarian work successful and deliver aid to the most needy groups, noting that the ministry will work to facilitate the mission's visit to the crew of the Galaxy ship.
