Conclusion of Directorates Football Teams League

The Directorates Football Teams League concluded today in Sana'a Governorate as part of the Imam Zaid bin Ali Championship. During the final match between the teams of Bani Hashish and Al-Tayal Directorates in the governorate, player Riyadh Nasser scored the first goal for Bani Hashish team in the seventeenth minute of the first half, and player Ibrahim Al-Rathi added the second goal in the tenth minute of the second half, to end the match with Bani Hashish team winning first place in the tournament; by defeating Al-Hisn team with two goals without a response, within the league competitions, which lasted 18 days, with the participation of eight sports teams, and in the knockout system. The Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mawlid, praised the establishment of the league within the framework of efforts aimed at activating the sports movement and exploiting free time.. noting the efforts of supporters and contributors to the success of the league, which enjoyed a distinguished public presence. Al -Mawlid congratulated the Bani Hashish team on winning the championship, stressing the ministry's support and sponsorship of youth and sports activities, and its interest in children and youth, and preparing them for local and international competitions.
