Hebron: Israeli occupation forces suppressed a protest organized by residents of the village of Al-Zweidin in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, against colonists' attempts to seize their lands. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, Rateb Jabour, coordinator of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Committees, reported that the residents of Al-Zweidin village staged a sit-in on their lands. These lands are under threat as colonists are attempting to forcibly seize them and have even constructed shacks on the properties. The occupation forces responded by suppressing the protest, compelling the residents to vacate their lands. Subsequently, the Al-Shomra area in the Bedouin desert was declared a closed military zone. The Wall noted that colonists have been intensifying their incursions in Area C, managing to take over much of the residents' lands with the backing of the Israeli occupation army.
