Biden holds talks with King Charles, Sunak on ties
US President Joe Biden held talks Monday with King Charles III and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to discuss “strengthening strategic ties” between the US and the UK. Biden had met with Sunak at Downing Street and discussed with him strengthening cooperation between the two countries and their economic security and the war in Ukraine. On Monday, King Charles III met US President Joe Biden at Windsor Castle. Biden is scheduled to attend the two-day NATO summit, which begins Tuesday in Lithuania.
