BEIRUT: Three journalists were killed and several others injured early this morning in an Israeli airstrike targeting their residence in the city of Hasbaya, southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health. The Lebanese Press Editors Syndicate condemned the attack, describing it as a "horrific massacre" perpetrated by Israel against the media. In a statement, the syndicate called for widespread condemnation of the assault on journalists and urged the international community to raise their voices against Israel's continued aggression towards the media, which violates established laws and conventions protecting journalists.
