WASINGTON, US President Joe Biden condemned the Russian attack on Ukraine's capital Kyiv that killed dozens of civilians. In a White House statement late Monday, Biden said that Russia's attack on a Ukrainian children's hospital is an "a horrific reminder of Russia's brutality." "I will be welcoming President Zelensky and NATO leaders to Washington D.C., and I will be meeting with President Zelensky to make clear our support for Ukraine is unshakeable. Together with our allies, we will be announcing new measures to strengthen Ukraine's air defenses to help protect their cities and civilians from Russian strikes," Biden said. The new measures will be agreed upon in the NATO's three-day summit, set to kick off on Tuesday. Source: Kuwait News Agency
