The Executive Office in Bayda province, led by Governor Abdullah Idris, convened on Sunday to discuss job discipline and mechanisms to improve local, executive, and revenue performance. Attended by Bayda undersecretaries Abdullah al Jamali and Abd Rabbuh al Ameri, Idris reviewed a report by Deputy Governor Saleh al Mansouri on field visits to revenue offices. The report highlighted challenges hindering revenue increase and proposed solutions to enhance financial resource achievement. Director of the Civil Service Office, Fadl al-Awadhi, presented a report on employee discipline within the governorate's administrative apparatus, including tasks completed, performance improvement plans, and identified challenges with necessary treatments. Finance Director Nasser al-Mansouri reported on visits to slaughterhouses aimed at resolving financial issues, improving services, and increasing revenues. Public Works Director Mohammed Makram reviewed the completion percentage of approved studies for the year 1446 AH an d progress on paving and asphalting projects in main cities. Director of Primary Health Care at the Health Office Dr. Mujahid al-Mudhrai provided a health status report, focusing on measures against acute watery diarrhea and the need for medicines. The Executive Office approved a document setting dowries, signed by various regions, to facilitate marriage. The meeting condemned the assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh and supported the resistance axis's response to Zionist crimes. Condolences were extended to the Arab and Islamic nations for the martyrdom of leaders Ismail Haniyeh and Fouad Shukr. Governor Abdullah Idris emphasized the need to enhance executive and service office performance and intensify coordination to overcome difficulties. He stressed the importance of implementing the Supreme Political Council's directives through executive plans and programs, mobilizing efforts to improve local and executive performance, and serving the community. He acknowledged the Revolut ion Leader and the Supreme Political Council President's support for the governorate and the need to alleviate its people's suffering according to priorities. He emphasized that development requires combined official and community efforts and effective service provision, urging increased efforts to overcome challenges imposed by aggression and siege. Governor Idris praised the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations in support of the Palestinian cause and confronting current challenges and aggression from Israeli-American-British forces.
