Baghdad Operations Command forces seized a hall with (97) 'electronic gambling' devices and arrested (4) defendants inside it, in the Karrada area next to Rusafa. A statement by the Operations Command stated: 'In conjunction with the regional search and inspection operations and the intensification of intelligence efforts, a force from the Federal Police, supported by a distinguished intelligence effort in coordination with the Intelligence and Security Section of the Baghdad Operations Command, embarked on the duty of auditing and inspecting suspicious hotels and unofficial roulette halls, during which they seized a hall inside it (97) electronic devices used for gambling, and four defendants were arrested, in the Karrada area next to Rusafa.' The statement added: 'The arrested persons and the seized materials were referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against them. Source: National Iraqi News Agency
