Baghdad: The Energy Police Forces arrested an accused of smuggling oil derivatives and seized his vehicle in Baghdad. The Energy Police Directorate stated in a statement that the detachments of the Third Energy Police Brigade's Control Division in the Karkh side of Baghdad Governorate were able to arrest an accused of smuggling oil derivatives and seize his vehicle, type (tank), due to the lack of official papers authorizing him to drive the vehicle, as the necessary legal measures were taken in preparation for completing the investigations and presenting the case papers to the competent judiciary.
