The Security Committee of Basra Provincial Council announced the completion of preparations for the Iraq-Palestine match, which will be held next Thursday at Basra Sports City Stadium. The head of the committee, "Aqeel Talib Al-Furaiji," said in a statement, today, Tuesday, that "a meeting was held with the leaders of the security services to discuss all the preparations and security measures taken for the match of our national team with its Palestinian counterpart, which will be held at the Palm Trunk Stadium in the Sports City next Thursday."
