The State of Qatar participated today in the ministerial meeting of the Asia Pacific Group of the International Labor Organization, on the sidelines of the International Labor Conference currently being held in Geneva, Switzerland. The State of Qatar's delegation to the meeting was headed by HE Assistant Undersecretary for Expatriate Workers Affairs at the Ministry of Labor Sheikha Najwa bint Abdulrahman Al-Thani. The meeting aims to discuss opportunities for exchanging expertise and ideas among the groups countries on labor issues of joint interest, formulating common regional strategies and positions, as well as reviewing topics related to the agenda of the 112th session of the International Labor Conference.
