Baghdad, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani received today, Thursday, the head of the Sovereignty Alliance, Khamis Farhan Al-Khanjar, and a number of members of the House of Representatives and provincial councils from the bloc. During the meeting, according to a statement by the Prime Minister's Office, the general conditions in the country were discussed, and the importance of supporting the government's work as it proceeds to implement the priorities of its government program, and supporting its ongoing measures in implementing economic reform, which helps in implementing its development plans and advancing the economy, services and infrastructure projects, and enhancing the country's security and stability. The meeting witnessed an emphasis on coordination and cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, at the level of the House of Representatives, and the level of local governments and provincial councils, with the aim of supporting the government with laws and legislation that e nhance executive work in everything that achieves the interests of the country, and serving citizens in all parts of Iraq.
