The Acting Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, met today, Sunday, in his private office, with the Governor of Muthanna, Muhannad Al-Attabi, the Chairman of the Provincial Council, Ahmed Al-Dariul, and the delegation accompanying them, to review the overall situation and follow up on work plans therein. Al-Mandalawi's office said in a statement, 'During the meeting, they discussed the programs and plans proposed to improve the situation in Muthanna Governorate for the coming period, and called for the need to give priority to service and strategic projects, schedule them in the current year's budget, and set a time map for their completion.' The statement added, "The most prominent problems and challenges that impede the progress and reconstruction movement in the governorate were listened to, and the importance of concerted efforts between the governorate and its council was emphasized to provide the service that the people of Muthanna aspire to."
