The forces of (Al-Abbas Combat Division) were able to arrest a network specialized in stealing mobile phones from the Arbaeen visitors. A security source stated: "Based on accurate information and a well-tracked operation, two members of the network were arrested on Karbala-Najaf axis, which is under the responsibility of the division's forces." He added: "Stolen phones were seized from the accused, and they confessed that there were two other elements involved with them, who are currently being followed up to arrest them."
