Aden Governor Tariq Salam condemned the continued targeting of the lives of civilians in Aden by the Saudi and Emirati occupation forces and their tools, and their exploitation of the fate of thousands of families and increasing their suffering. Governor Salam explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that it has become difficult for most families in those areas to provide the basics of life and buy even their simplest needs; in light of the criminal practices of the mercenary militias and their looting of the resources and wealth of the Yemeni people. He considered what the occupation militias did today in Aden a serious crime and an irresponsible act by throwing large quantities of spoiled chicken in a garbage dump without destroying or burning it, which was expected to be sold in the markets, and causing great damage to the health and safety of citizens.
