Baghdad, The Parliamentary Legal Committee held today, Monday, a joint meeting with the Director of the Agricultural Bank, Nabil Qais, and the bank's management officials, to discuss the mechanism of the Agricultural Bank's work regarding debt collection, and a statement of the legal basis for preventing the debtor from traveling to the Agricultural Bank, as well as instructions for granting loans to citizens. The Director of the Agricultural Bank reviewed the problems and obstacles facing the bank's work on the issue of debt recovery and the legal measures taken by the bank's management against the delaying debtor before resorting to the travel ban measure.
